OmniAire 1500HS is a powerful HEPA air filtration machine for restoration, moisture removal projects, HVAC and process duct cleaning projects in food and other industries. It produces over 6.75?WC suction pressure and 1400 cfm air flow with high speed, backwardly curved blower.
APPLICATIONS
- Extract water vapor from inside walls and subflooring after water damage.
- Cleaning of HVAC duct system
- Create negative or positive pressure in contained area
OA1500HS can be used with following filtration stages:
Machine is equipped with HEPA 99.97% efficiency final filter. When removing a small amounts of contaminants or dust, the primary/secondary filter installed in front ofl HEPA filter can be used.
To capture a large balk of dust and debris, Bag Filter Housing Module with MERV14 Bag Filter can be installed in front of HEPA. Whole Bag Filter Housing Module can be quickly removed when not needed.
When removing chemical fumes and odors, the OdorGuard600, activated carbon filter be installed in front of the HEPA filter.
AIR SAFETY
For a safe release of air in occupied areas, all exhausted air is purified by 99.97% HEPA filter. For additional sanitizing of air, surrounding surfaces and ventilation ducts, our PEROx Air Purifier with Hydro-peroxide generator, can be installed on the exhaust end on the machine.
TRANSPORTATION AND SETUP
Upright housing with removable Bag Filter Module, large molded handle and two 10? wheels is designed for climbing stairs, ease of transport and set up on any job. Machine can operate in vertical or horizontal position. The inlet adapter has a 12? diameter ring for flex hose to connect to HVAC or other type of duct.
For use with: ADAPTIDRY, ADP-5 & ADP-9 (Sold Separately)
The Adaptidry connected to OmniAire 1500HS air purifier achieves high efficiency by dispersing intense drying power simultaneously to multiple areas around the room. Adaptidry vents can be used to create positive or negative pressure inside walls and sleepered floors, such as gym floors and sports courts. Extracted air with water vapor and contaminants is purified through HEPA filter before it is discharged. This makes it safe to perform drying operations in occupied areas. Under negative suction, air can be extracted from the wall cavity or area needing circulation, and either directed into the room or outside. It is not always necessary to drill holes in order to dry. The pressure is transmitted through the gap existing between floor, wall or ceiling cavities and causes the air to be exchanged rapidly, resulting in quick drying. The ducting can also terminate in areas that need air exchanged such as beneath stairs, in cabinet, etc.
Dry approximately 12 (ADP5) or 22 (ADP9) linear feet:
- Cabinets
- Walls
- Hardwood floors
Spaces covered with tape can be left between the Wall Vents to extend the covered area and to adjust to different job situations.
