True HEPA Air Filtration
Not one, but two high-capacity true HEPA filters are inside the PAS5000 Air Scrubber. Each filter is rated for 2,000 CFM, giving the machine a peak airflow of 4,000 CFM at 99.97 percent efficiency. The dual HEPA filters have metal frames to meet CDC recommendations for infection control environments. They also have matching pleated particulate pre-filters and the option to add VAPOR-LOCK® carbon pre-filters for gas and odor control. Recirculate the filtered air back into the containment area or add ducting and use the PAS5000 as a negative air machine.
Reliable Air Scrubbing Performance
Abatement HEPA-AIRE units are designed inside and out for years of top performance. The five-horsepower motor runs on a 230 VAC electrical supply and requires just 21 amps to generate peak airflow. You'll never worry about the zero bypass cabinet getting dinged up - it's made of 20-gauge steel with solid rivet construction just like a plane. Four heavy-duty casters let you easily wheel this 26.5-inch wide air scrubber through any standard doorway.
