Product Description:
DELTA®-MS is a cutting-edge waterproofing protection system built on a uniquely formed air-gap membrane. The primary component, a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) membrane, is designed in a dimple pattern to create an air-gap at the foundation wall. This innovative design ensures that any water penetrating the plastic sheet is channeled freely to the footer drain. The membrane is exceptionally impermeable to water and water vapor, acid-resistant, and boasts a service life exceeding 50 years.
Function:
The DELTA®-MS membrane acts as the first line of defense, preventing water from ever touching the foundation wall on its journey through the soil to the footing drainage systems. The impermeable plastic sheet and dimpled structure provide a dual defense mechanism. In case water surpasses the first line of defense, it can flow freely down the air-gap to the footer drain, effectively managing water and soil dampness.

DELTA®-MS offers comprehensive protection for foundation walls at up to half the cost of conventional waterproofing systems. When applied to the exterior of poured concrete, concrete block, or preserved wood foundation (PWF), it forms an air-gap that keeps basements dry.
